Hotel was under staffed! From the lobby, elevators, and pool area. Nothing looked to be cleaned recently. Had to ask twice for turndown service and fresh towels. We stayed with my son and his wife and shared a suite as we were just using it for sleeping. No linens for the pull out couch, I booked as 4 adults in a room and there was only 2 towels. No hand towels, wraps, or floor towels, nothing! The suites are also not separated with a door to the king bed room. I’ve never stayed in a suite that didn’t separate the bedroom from living/office area. Both elevators were having mechanical issues! The lobby store had nothing in stock and there were no vending machines on site. I would say the breakfast was horrible as well. But we wouldn’t know because they had no cook for the PAID FOR IN ADVANCE BREAKFAST and we were told we could walk across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn to eat! After asking a second time for turndown service and clean linens. We were informed housekeeping must have missed the 3rd floor as others had complained as well. How does housekeeping skip an entire floor! Even after asking the second time and asking for 6 towels instead of 2 in our room we were only given 3! I also still had to request cleaning and extra pillows as we only had 4 between the 2 beds and pull out. And every knows how flat and small hotel pillows are. Very disappointed. I wish I had taken photos, but we were on a mini vacation as my son was leaving for basic training come Monday.
