Everything was very clean. It's nice because you are within walking distance of most everything. A couple of drawbacks were that the bedroom is not completey separated. There is a large space at the top of the wall between the bedroom and the living area where the large doors and window are. The outside light shines in those windows making it seem like early morning all night. Blackout curtains would be a nice addition. Also, there were no extra blankets.

Very clean and fully functional, just wished it had a queen size bed and not a double. One little thing is the water pressure in the shower that is really bad. 10 minutes walk to Broadway. We had a nice stay and would recommend!

Nightmare checkin and parking app
Check in and parking was the primary problem. It is all done remotely, there is no person on the premises. Shortly before check-in they require you to upload an app in order to access parking. It is rather cumbersome as off multiple sources having to find all this information and then insert it into the app more than once. Then the app was not functional. You’re supposedly assigned a mandatory parking space, but you cannot even read the numbers and have to get out to find the numbers. Then when checking into the building, the signage does not correlate to the instructions. Apparently no person in charge of operating this is ever tried to use it to actually go through the check-in process. The room itself was quite nice, well appointed, clean.

Freaking Fire alarm
Would have been a great stay, if someone or some other technical issue was the cause of a fire alarm to activate two times. We had came in from a late show and around midnight the hotel fire alarm activated after we were in bed. So we get up and get dressed and make our way downstairs. By the time we went out the doors, the alarm stopped. Didnt see any staff, nor where there any fire or poilice outside of the building. Guest that did come out, was like where is everyone? So we go back to the room and back to bed. About 30 minutes or more pass, alarm goes off again. Same thing, no staff or emergency personnel. This time the alarm went for about 30 to 40 minutes, so our first and only night wasn't pleasant. We will stay there again, if we have to, but this visit wasn't one to make me rush to rebook anytime soon.

Walking Distance from Bridgestone and Broadway
Great location for our weekend getaway to see Kacey Musgraves. 10 min walk to great restaurants and the Bridgestone Arena. Publix is about 10min drive. Pre-arrival email provided all the information we needed to have a smooth check-in experience. Great balcony off living area. Sobro is described as an emerging neighborhood so there is some construction happening nearby that started at 7:30am. We were up and moving early so it was not an issue for us. Only change I would make is to park on P3 which is the level where the lobby is located.

It was a super clean and reasonably priced room for the price. The biggest issue i have is that its an insanely complicated and confusing check-in system, and incredibly difficult to loacte your room. We had to download an app just to park on site. The pre-check in process wasnt the easiest to complete ethier. Once on site, and after finally being able to access our key through the self help system, then we had to go on a mission to try to locate our rooms because theres different buildings to navigate through. Just a super confusing and overly complicated system for booking a room for the night.

Pleasant stay, location a bit soso at the edge of the CBD, but easy walking distance to the center. Really friendly people at the front desk. A vending machine for some basics would be useful. I liked the amenities and the community center. However, check-in procedure is rather complicated and would be impossible if one doesn't have mobile access to email (not a given for foreign travelers). There was no communication after pre-check until the keycode was sent an hour before check-in time and no email contact to inquire with - I found that rather disconcerting.
