-the volume control for the television did not work -the television only received Roku -there was no control of the room temperature -the beds were not level or comfortable -the coffee butlers were empty on two visits with little selection to eat -there is a need for a rubber mat for the tub bottom to prevent slipping -the aroma of electric lettuce in the hallways is extreme

Noisy stay, meh bed, great TV
Baseboard heaters were coming apart and looked ugly. wasn't plugged in. not sure if it even worked. There was so much noise from outside and inside. Large gaps under door and on side of door so you could hear everything. Zero soundproofing. Bed was pretty firm and not too comfortable. TV was really nice though. But yeah you could hear everyone using their microwave and showering and everything else.

A reasonable priced bed to sleep in with condition
At check in my husband was concerned of the room’s condition. He stated his coat stuck to the top of the reservation desk at check in. No elevator- 2 floors- no biggie- get the steps in. Dated but has been spruced up. Room was reasonably clean. Bigger than average mini fridge. Nice clean crisp linens The bathroom floor though made me question how well room was cleaned. A lot of hair behind door. There is a thermostat, but you can’t control heat. My husband turned off. Slept with no blankets and still sweat. Window couldn’t open in -10C weather. Roku tv kept buffering. Bring earplugs. You can hear suped up trucks whipping around in parking lots outside, and doors opening and closing. But at $110/night, at least $50 cheaper than our usual choices, it was a bed to sleep in. Wouldn’t be our first choice again, but for GP is a ‘budget’ option

Very nice to stay, was clean and nice big TV was awesome. Close to McDonalds and Tim Hortons was perfect right across from the grande prairie mall too
