Great Location (right in the heart of downtown). Amazing customer service. Average review because their units don't have AC. If you stay during the summer time like we did. The room gets hotter than the outside. Very uncomfortable to be in let alone sleep in. The room was also very dusty.

The hotel is downtown. If you are a traveller staying in this hotel, phone the hotel and ask direction on how to park. You’ll see a great number of restaurants before you reach the hotel. Enjoy Banff and enjoy staying in this hotel as I did!

Lovely person at front desk. Location is great! Room was dirty; dust on every surface, stains on towels and hair on bed. Never seen that staying at a hotel ever in my life. You’d think during covid you would be extra diligent. This was quite the opposite. Will not stay here again.
