Great area, close to a lot of tourist spots, but far enough to not be chaotic. Staff were really nice and helpful with all my questions along the way. Would stay again. (:

I live diagonally across the street and the location of the hotel is excellent for my guests to stay

There were no shampoo or conditioner offered. Those cleaning the room daily wouldn’t take dirty/used towels or trash from my room. I shouldnt done more research into amenities but didn’t realize there was also no bar or onsite restaurant for a quick bite. Front desk staff were great though

Very clean room. Helpful staff. Was able to store my bags after check in. Working air conditioning that kept the room cool and was easily adjustable.

Room clean, friendly helpful staff, AC kept room cool but the noise was too loud, great location.

6/10 Good

The hotel is close to but not in the Hudson Yards area. It was hosting a art show that weekend in the lobby . My room was directly across from an open courtyard. The room itself was very clean, but the flooring was noticably uneven and the laminate flooring was gapping in spots. The room has no phone nor posted number to call the front desk in case of issues; nor coffee machine-always a nice addition. It did have a well working mini fridge. There was a very disappointing plastic stand alone shelving/hanger station for clothes. Serviceable but flimsy. Great quality toiletries. The AC was a window unit, not uncommon for NYC, but let in noise and outside air came in from under the door. Unfortunately it rained my second to last day, and though I got extra blankets, I also got a fever. Overpriced for what it was with no indicators of remodeling.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC worked really well. Toiletries and amenities aren't the fanciest; plan to bring your own. TV didn't work but I had read other reviews and brought my own Firestick and that worked just fine for me on their WiFi. Location is great - within blocks of anything you need or where you want to go.
