The hotel is conveniently located between two subway lines, but much cheaper than hotels further north. The stay includes breakfast of a pastry and coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the individual soap and shampoo with more ecological larger bottles that don't need to be changed between guests.

This hotel was very clean and conveniently located in Chelsea. However, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. See we’re told by another guest in the morning to ask for a foam pad. We did, and the second night was much better. If the hotel knows their beds are so uncomfortable that they keep a supply of foam pads available, they should buy new mattresses!

Stayed here for two nights midweek. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was bagels and muffins--nothing too fancy but filling. The staff is very accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel before we checked in and after we checked out.
