Poor experience//Rude host

I had a very poor experience at this property in Edinburgh. On arrival with my 5-year-old son and my 65-year-old father, we were left standing outside for over an hour with no proper help. When I rang, the host spoke rudely and even said, “I don’t want a customer like you, your money will be refunded,” before hanging up. No one turned up to let us in, so I had no choice but to book another hotel at the Hampton Hilton at the last minute, which cost me extra and caused a lot of stress for my family. After travelling all the way here, this was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
