The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again.

The area was nice with restaurants, small shops and quite close to the underground station. Also on walking distance to Primrose Hill and the London Zoo. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and hot food but the room was quite noisy. Better to sit outside if weather allows and you wish to eat at a busy time.

pre booked room months ago, staff tried to put us in a lesser room, saying no rooms available and even suggested going to a different inn for a night , (had been up since 4am flying back from europe). Totally bizarre interaction. i was having none of it and eventually got an appropriate room!!!! Premier Inn , although convenient to my daughter's apartment is a never again. Wotif advocating such a place is never again, (i have been using Wotif on and off for years but this was a terrible and odd interaction.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse! Rummet var kanske inte jättestort, men det är ju samtidigt London och vi hade ett familjerum. Det var däremot väldigt fräscht, och sängarn får verkligen 10/10 – vi sov otroligt bra. Även AC:n var 10/10 och fungerade perfekt. Vi hade bokat frukost och wifi, och frukosten var verkligen en av vistelsens höjdpunkter. Personalen i frukosten var fantastisk och gjorde att man fick en riktigt bra start på dagen. Det fanns en härlig buffé med klassisk engelsk frukost, men även yoghurt med färsk frukt, flingor och müsli. Pannkakor och lite annat sött fanns också, så det fanns verkligen något för alla. Wifi var däremot en liten besvikelse. Eftersom vi hade betalat för wifi förväntade vi oss att det bara skulle vara att logga in och använda det. Istället behövde vi be personalen om en kod, och koden gällde bara i 24 timmar. Därefter behövde man be om en ny kod igen. Det kändes lite onödigt krångligt – wifi som man betalat för tycker vi ska fungera smidigt under hela vistelsen. Läget var perfekt för oss. Nära till tunnelbanan, i ett trevligt område och hotellet kändes väldigt tryggt. Vi använde inte baren själva, men den verkade vara populär bland gästerna. Det var nästan alltid folk där och vi fick känslan av en väldigt trevlig och härlig stämning. Det enda vi egentligen hade önskat var lite mer plats i rummet, framför allt eftersom det var ett familjerum, samt ett litet kylskåp.Men trots de små bristerna överväger det positiva verkligen.

Valitsimme tämän hotellin sen sijainnin vuoksi. Tulimme katsomaan konserttia Camdenin Roundhouseen ja hotelli on yhden metroaseman päässä siitä. Yövyimme 2 yötä. Ihan ok, siistit huoneet, mukava henkilökunta ja riittävä aamupala. Rauhallista meininkiä, eikä ääniä tai meteliä kuulunut viereisistä huoneista. Siistimpää kuin monissa "keskustaa" lähemmissä hotelleissa, missä olemme olleet aikaosemmilla reissuilla.
