My stay was very wonderful. The ice I machine wasn’t working but the staff went to the back and got me some ice. I was able to get some rest that I had been needing. The room was very clean. I didn’t use the TV but it was available if I wanted to. The one thing I wanted was a fridge with a freezer and they had one there. I was a “happy camper”.

This was good for money. We paid for 3 nights what we would have paid for 1 night anywhere else. The outside appearance needs improved. It looks ghetto. The interior has been remodeled but the room was not clean. We bought bathroom cleaner and cleaned the bathroom before we used. This is not the Holiday Inn but it was fine for a quick, inexpensive stay at Disney. The location to Disney Parks was GREAT!

2/10 Poor

We did not stay there as the room we were assigned had mold. They did offer to change rooms but my asthma was out of control just walking in the room for 1 min. We were refunded with measure and moved on. Front desk staff was amazing and patient with us.

Amazing staff, definitely a family friendly stay very welcoming from the staff to the guess themselves. The cleaning personal where always on track of maintenance, Property needs a bit of fixing and upgrade over all.

8/10 Very good

It is nit the Ritz but no bugs, close to all Disney Parks, and for the price it cannot be beat! We did not leave any money/ valuables in hotel( no safe in room) and we did get our own bathroom cleaner and cleaned the bathroom but, that was just because we were being cautious. The outside looks ghetto but they have redid the rooms and they have decent beds and decor in the room. For the price we will stay again! My niece was really scared about bed bugs but we were clean. We checked well. Enjoy, for a place to sleep it’s good!
