This hotel was beautiful! The rooms are vintage boutique. The wallpaper is FABRIC! The hotel will help arrange water taxis literally delivered to your door! Great restaurant recommendations and shopping. You can sit on a private balcony and watch the gondolas. I didn’t want to leave. I’ll be back! It was perfect. Minutes from everything you wanna see/do! I give this little hotel 10 thumbs up!!!!

My room was on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard toward St. Regis. The room was lovely, clean and everything you need was provided. Lara at the front desk was amazing. She helped with booking my train to Verona, and provided areas to dine in. The hotel is 2 minted from San Marco center and right next to the gondolas. Everything was perfection!

Our room was lovely. It was small, but very comfortable and clean. The windows open to balconies overlooking one of the canals where the gondolas are going back and forth. The staff was welcoming and helpful and the check-in process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Went to Venice for our Honeymoon- Staff were very friendly and outgoing which was great! We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 201. The AC did not work at all and the bathroom had the worst smell ever…. Im not sure if it was mold, sewage, or rotten wood. Would not recommend this place for someone who is trying to have a romantic time in Venice. Extremely small area and you can hear everything because of the old walls.
