This is NOT a 4 star and held my bond for 1 month
I’m always a little dubious when I see a bunch of 5 star ratings from profiles that are not verified and only have 1 review. This hotel is NOT 4 star. It’s not even up to the standard of most 2 star hotels I’ve stayed at. There was no room cleaning or servicing for my 6 night stay. I had to buy toilet paper from the shop as they didn’t provide. The walkways and common areas are filthy. My balcony hadn’t been cleaned for such a long time that there were weeds growing from the dirt. I had to remove my own garbage and there was no air conditioning. It also took Marlin 4 weeks to return my £250 bond to my account. This was not a 4star hotel experience. BEWARE.

Poor 2.0
Service desk was insensitive and very unhelpful. Reception and management more concerned about the extra money when asking for arrangements for a disabled guest. Asked for extra towels due to the situation and reception asked for reasons why we need extra towels which I found very odd and insensitive. On the website it says it’s wheelvhaor accessible but there are no facilities in the toilet to make this arrangement. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service overall .

Great place
I loved it. They have very pleasant people at the front desk and the apartment was all great. I had everything I needed (except some dishwashing liquid and a sponge). There was a dishwasher though.

Good but pricy.
The staff were very nice, in particular Ioana....she was vet helpful. Located minutes from limehouse DLR. Room was very clean and spacious but odd like we found most London flats. Sparse in eating selection but the takeout Fish Bar across the street was very good. Twenty pound buys you a feast for two. Prices vary from hour to hour...we ended up paying $225 CAD plus tax per nite which is too much for this place. On our tour of London, we decide to only stay a few nights in each spot in various places. We ended up in Lewisham and that was by far a good move. We stayed at Stayciyt which is seconds from the depthforth bridge station. All good.
