Good and the bad but not ugly
The room was always made up promptly , It seemed the cleaning staff made it a point of not bothering us ,always coming and cleaning while we were out . The menu in the Bar on the 5th floor and the food were not to inspired ,almost as a afterthought . The restaurant downstairs as you came in was great . The check in and checkout were smooth as was Valet parking .

The location of the hotel can't be beat. Within a few minutes, you are on Broadway, or exploring The Gulch. The only complaint would be that the bar isn't open during the day, and has limited service.

Great Hotel and lots of options inside as well as close by! Loved the texts each days asking if we needed anything. Would go back there again without question

Nice, new, mod decor hotel - close to Broadway
Rooms are "minimalist" mod decor - hanging bar for clothes instead of closet, one real chair, stool for desk table with no drawers, etc. Nice bathroom & shower, but dim "fab" lighted mirror - tough to see to shave. Walls seemed thick enough - no noise from other rooms. Big window wall looked over downtown - but major high rise building construction right next to hotel. Close proximity to Music Row (easy walk) area seemed safe. Great restaurant for breakfast on 1st floor. Parking is valet - $42 per night with tax beyond your room.

    Great Stay!
It was amazing!!! The room was very clean and very modern. Check in was easy and the parking also. We were only a short walk away from all of the famous bars and restaurants. We're definitely going back!

Great place to stay in Downtown Nashville

Wish I had known it was going to cost $42 to park a motorcycle. Which was valet only and we had to park ourselves. Overall I feel the hotel is a bit overpriced.

    Great stay!
Quick stay in Nashville for an appointment with the wife. Hotel was beautiful and the views of downtown are stunning! Staff was also amazing. This is a valet hotel only and it was $30 a night to park which was well worth it to us for the safety of our Vehicle. We would stay again.

Expected more for the price !
Room very clean, beautiful decor. For a four 1/2 star hotel , there were a few things amiss. Barn door to bathroom would not close completely, which impinged on privacy. I have seen this same issue with other reviews. First shower, soap dispenser was empty. Needless to say this was not checked when room was last cleaned. Room was supposed to be equipped with refrigerator however when we went to use it third day into our stay it was not there. Hotel did offer to bring a fridge up to room but because we were leaving next morning we declined the interruption. Again made one think the room was not checked prior to check in. This hotel has a bar/ lounge however no restaurant . Bar food available however food is ordered from restaurant on Level 1 (which is not owned by hotel) and brought up to bar. Learned this 2 year old hotel has recently changed ownership which makes one wonder how it is doing financially. Upon check out , front desk person did not ask us about our stay nor did she thank us for staying. Just an added touch that speaks volumes about the hotel and their employees. Best interactions were with the valet employees , they were a great bunch.
