Charming First Time Visit
It was our first trip to Rome and this B&B, as well as the host (who was a very accommodating and lovely eccentric man), added to the charm of the city. The room was spacious and had a great wrap around balcony where we spent a couple evenings overlooking the Piazza. We did make the mistake of sleeping with the window open the first night and the Piazza does get quite loud in the morning so just make sure to close them! The room does have an aircon which was very welcome considering the head outside. In general the cleanliness could be slightly improved in the bedroom and certain kitchen utensils, but it wasn't a major problem at all. The B&B is well situated and we walked (lots!) to all the sights, including the Colosseum, the Vatican and Trastevere. There are several flights of stairs to get to the apartment, which wasn't a problem at all for us but may be a deciding factor for others. Breakfast was simple but had everything needed, with cereals, pastries, fruits, yoghurts and a coffee maker. One of the reviews I read positively said it was like staying at a friend's house and I strongly agree, it was cosy, comfy and very welcoming! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Pretty Good
cant beat the location or the service; however, 5 flights of stairs to get to B&B, four different keys needed to get to room from outside. Not bad, but not sure the price = what I got for it.

Spacious apartment with very accommodating host!
Fantastic B&B that is well located (5 minute walk to the famous Spanish Steps) and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Rome. The hotel has great amenities and the owner was very flexible, even providing his WhatsApp number so we could text to ask questions/advice/favours. The room was spacious with a nice little balcony. My only gripes were: - Breakfast was included, but was a little naff, it was OK to get you started for the day but was all pre packaged things. - The toilet/shower/sink made a loud sound whenever the tap was run - There are a lot of stairs to get to teh top, so if you are physically unable/unfit, beware! Despite these minor gripes, I would 100% recommend this little gem to anyone travelling to Rome! Great facilities, great owner and fantastic city!

Within walking distance of all.
Within walking distance of all – extremely convenient and well-priced. Not however for unfit people or disabled as it states very clearly that it is on the 5fth floor and there is no lift. I gained some muscle over here hauling up the luggage. - Fabulous views from the balcony; as it is a non-smoking room we also used this balcony to replenish our nicotine levels. - Very pleasant and help full host. - Good breakfast – although basic al-la Italian style with no cheese or meat but plenty of fresh fruit. - Large clean room and bathroom. - Limited water pressure on the fifth floor. - Good security. Kind Regards Roeland and Mandy
