A nice hotel if your staying for football, not the best area to get round town and the building/rooms are a bit tired, i imagine a refurb is upcoming

The staff here are fake and rude. If you’re not a wealthy person from a specific part of the world - expect to be treated like dirt. Too bad bc it’s a nice place. I spend more than 100 nights a year in hotels and this place stands out for rude staff and poor management,

We had a sitting room and bedroom separate toilet and separate bathroom
Large Choice off coffees and teas and hot chocolate with plenty bottle of water and milk
Staff were very helpful and location excellent for travelling around London

Staff were good and very friendly. Hotel is a little out the way but was very nice. Room was clean however issues with the TV and the hot water was cool to warm. Couldnt check in until after 5pm and had to check out by 11am not 12pm as stated.
