Even a food court available. The employees provide amazing, friendly service. Clean room, comfy bed, and there pillows were a dream. I will definitely back. "

"The customer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make a memorable vacation. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The only thing I can see improving is the French restaurant. We tried a few dining options there and none live up to the hype. However, there are so many dining options that you will surely find something good at any of the other restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends."

"The resort was beautiful and clean, very large area to explore on both adults only and family side. The resort has many dining options, and my boyfriend and I loved Gourmet restaurant most, the service was quick and the food was delicious. There are cats running around the resort which was a bonus, they were very cute and friendly and we played with them a ton. Housekeeping could’ve been better, but we didn’t make a huge mess and didn’t need much tending to, but it would’ve been nice to have our sheets changed at least once during our stay; we must’ve had to request for it specifically. The beach is gorgeous and lots of loungers and beds to lay on, and lots of space from others. Overall, the stay was amazing, and we would definitely come back to Serenade All Suites and get around to the parts of the resort we hadn’t yet seen. I’d also like to thank Estefani for being very friendly, my boyfriend and I were on the beach looking for seashells and she came up to us and dug in her bag and pulled out a handful of shells we couldn’t find on the beach and gave them to us as a gift. We tipped her for her kindness and it made my day that she was so friendly. "

"My family's (2 adults, 3 kids) and total group's (4 adults, 6 kids) was very positive at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. The property was in great shape where it mattered to us, but it could use a little maintenance (i.e. entertainment room screen, some buildings needed a little love, missing tiles at the swim up bar). None of the needed maintenance was a turn off for our experience; the pools were in great shape and clean, the beaches were clean and accommodations (i.e. chairs, "umbrellas", common spaces like bars, lobby, room furnishings, and restaurants) were all as expected or better. The time of year we went (late July early August) there was a lot of seaweed in the ocean but that was expected (just info not a mark against Serenade). There was still a sandbar that was free of seaweed to play in the ocean and the crews worked around the clock to clean up the seaweed that washed up on the beach. Seaweed did not bother us but it was present. The staff was great and responded extremely well to tipping. Leaving a couple bucks for the minifridge stocker and house keeping went a long way. The bar and restaurant staff were attentive too; tipping went a long way here also (although it was not required to get decent service). The resort was very kid friendly and the pre-teens in our group loved getting mocktails and the freedom of grabbing a bite to eat at the beach food stand. We ate at the hibachi restaurant and the steak house twice; both were amazing."
