Beds were comfortable. Roaches weren’t. Laundry area dirty. Floor tiles were raising up. Lots of homeless in area.

Wont come back
I wouldnt stay here again. I paid $100 a night and actually thought about just sleeping in my car instead. The bad: I got a room that had a super cigarette smell that lingered throughout my entire stay. Combined with a chemical smell to try to cover it up. It literally irritated my throat and caused me to get sick for the following 3 days afterwards. The blanket cover had a big grey stain.
The counter was weirdly scratched up. The good: there is security walking around, it was surprisingly quiet and checkin/out was ok.

Dump
The Hotel is an old dump they keep going for those who can't pay the price of find another option for a decent room. It was pretty clean, but it was hard to tell it was so old and beat up. I'll definitely not stay there again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
My first stay I was sent to a room that looked like a crime scene from a movie. Everything in the room was was up against the wall and trashed.
12/4/24 I booked for 1 night but couldn’t make it in time to the 3pm check in due to work commitments, I was informed my fully paid room was gone by 2am. The receptionist was beyond rude. Slept at the parking lot in my car at the Casino next door.
Wish i could talk to the owner or at least the manager.

The room was very comfortable but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. You have to leave at 1 am because you couldn't sleep because of the smell in the whole room.

We stayed 8 days because we were vendors at a local trade show. We’re from Texas and Central time zone. We got woke up every morning at 7:39 am from the maids sliding the beds in the room above us. A lot of Homeless folks hang out on the stairs and they smoke Canabis which carried the unmistakable smell into our room via the air conditioner. This was awful!
There was zero hot water one morning and we couldn’t take a shower. That’s terrible. On the same day that we couldn’t take a fresh shower before work, at 9:45 am they started an extremely loud hedge trimmer to cut the bushes back. We couldn’t sleep if we wanted too. We will probably not stay here in the future.

Smells like cigarette smoke
The rooms were supposed to be smoke free and before I even got my room while waiting for check in two separate people came in to complain their rooms smelled like smoke and had to get new ones. I didn't want to assume the worst but sure enough the room we were assigned also smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.
We were much too tired to go all the way back to the lobby and wait in line to complain and so just fell asleep but both mine and my wifes throats burned the following morning. We had booked for a 2 night stay but the experience was so bad we drove straight home the next night instead of going back.
