We enjoyed this place. The pool was a little cool and we had to request to get the hot tub to heat and they fixed it right away and got it running for us. The shuttle service was excellent. It took you to two opposite parts of the Strip, for free. It stopped at Treasure Island and also Excaliber. The staff were awesome. It was a little dated in the inside but we didn't mind. Spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. Went there with 16 and 11 year old, 2 seniors in their 70s and ourselves.

That is was clean was about the only thing positive. Very noisy with traffic and paper thin walls made sleep challenging. Ceiling lighting failed.The room was not on the same property with the amenities. Free parking because it was so far from the Strip.

Expectation is everything.
The place is essentially a glorified motel. Rooms are “clean”, but stale and in need of upgrade. If you have a low bar, on a tight budget and just want a clean, cheap room off the strip - it’s great! Everyone else - maybe not so great. All depends on your expectations and level of tolerance. All I expect is a quiet room, comfortable bed, properly functioning utilities (AC and shower) and an appropriate sense of security. I checked out after the first night.

Timeshare NOT Hotel - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Check in was a disaster! Received a phone call from "mom" asking if we were still coming and what time we were going to be there at 5:30pm (informed that this is their standard practice), had to drive to another property to both check in and check out and had extreme difficulty finding a luggage cart for the INSANE WALK. Outdoor hallways are narrow and uneven. I really enjoyed hitting my elbow on their decorative columns in hallways trying to navigate the luggage cart and good luck finding your room with their lettering/numbering system and complete lack of signs. We ran into several other people who could not find their room and we were not able to offer much assistance as it is a complete guessing game. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.
