If you plan to do any work at the hotel, the chairs in the studio rooms are awful. The ones at the table are as uncomfortable as the hard wooden one at the desk. My door was left open by the cleaning staff because it didn't close properly and you can hear every person who walks by your door (and see plenty of light around/under it) so I assume they can hear me. The water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired. On the other hand, it's convenient to Bank street and shops and getting on the Queensway if you need to be driving around the city. The internet is strong and I've had no problem. The car parking while not cheap is convenient or you can find free parking on the weekend with some effort and having the kitchen is nice and it's in pretty good working order (a frying pan would be a good addition). The bed is comfortable and the staff are pleasant, so it's not awful but not nearly as nice as the Sonder in Montreal where I stayed.

We absolutely loved the place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to Bank St. and walking distance to many restaurants and museums. We will stay there again. We did have a little trouble with all of the technology, pass codes etc. fortunately the staff was great about helping us.

Comfortable stay. Cute studio apartment. Well equipped and clean. Just a couple hiccups which I will address directly with Sonder. The Sonder app is very convenient. Had to use their Chat a few times and got timely responses. Paid $20 to park for 24 hours with in and out privileges. We walked to Elgin St. for dinner (lots of restaurants, coffee shops and artisan stores). Our room was on the ground floor. Wasn’t crazy about our view; it was below grade and people walking by had full view of the inside of our room so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time.

Excellent location; walking distance to the Glebe and restaurants on Elgin. Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. My only concern was that there were a lot of homeless in the area asking for money.

what a horrible time my stay was at this establishment. From noise every single night until 2am—to no hot water 3 times, no heat 1 night, my fridge didn’t keep anything cold, so I lost almost all the food I brought with me. It was totally ridiculous. Had I not been told that I would incur full expense of cancellation I would’ve left early. This place really is not the best. Oh and also—the “balcony” room I was told I would have was non existent. It was a large window with flood lights that shone in despite having shades down. It was like sleeping during the day. I brought this to the attention of staff who just said “oh ya, we hear that a lot”.
