Best located, wonderful friendly staff, rooms venetian style, we had a dreamful view over the lagoon in floor 4. Very clean, air conditioning. Price is fine. Breakfast on the walk away. Great view,,,,,,,,,,,but the higher your room the more flights of stairs you have to carry your baggage up and then down again, location facing the lagoon and convenient for water taxis, don't get excited about breakfast,,,,and pigeons walking around your feet while you are eating, water pressure in the shower is brilliant, there i said something good about the hotel.
