One of the highlights of our trip to northern Italy was our stay at Agriturismo Delo Relais. We savored every detail of your stay here- the tranquil countryside, the fresh air, and the charming hosts Ettorre and his wife Antonia. Ettorre personally welcomed us the first second we arrived as if we were long lost family (open arms, big hug). You see that he truly enjoys and cares about his guests.
The B&B was originally Antonia's family farm. Vineyards and olive trees (which Ettorre uses to create his own olive oil) surround the house. My husband and I enjoyed waking up to view of the vineyard and the mountains in the distance. Ettorree and Antonia were an absolute delight. We loved talking to them about Verona, Italy, and their B&B.
The breakfast every morning, many of the offerings made by Antonia (including the jams!), was served in their outdoor dining area decorated as if a wedding was about to take place (i,e. very romantic). The food was fresh, delicious, and homemade.
It's location is perfect for exploring Verona and its surroundings. The B&B is an easy 10 minute drive to Verona where we parked in a garage (never had a problem finding a space) and then walked over the bridge to the main tourist area (another 5 minutes).
Note: Our GPS had some difficulties finding the address. We used Via del Torresin, Verona. Once we got to the town of Novaglie, we followed the signs for "AGRITURISMO DELO". The B&Bs website has more detailed directions.
