The Beach Hotel is an adult-only private resort. The service provided by both the hotel and restaurant staff was excellent. The crew worked hard every morning to clear the sand of seaweed. A special haven with a gorgeous spa and the messages are life changing. The rooms are right on the beach with every need attended to via what's app messaging. Meal can be ordered from anywhere and delivered to you where ever you are, beach, room, poolside. The setting is serene and I never felt as though the place was crowded and often felt I had the place to myself at times. Very quiet with only the sound of the surf crashing to put me to sleep. The beach is the best with a reserved queen bed reserved for each room.

It was beautiful and the staff was incredible. Kennith was fantastic behind the bar and with the tequila & mezcal tasting. We never ate anywhere else other than the two restaurants in the hotel because they were so great. The only room for improvement wound be the size of the fitness center but that’s minor compared to how awesome the property and staff are. Will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tulum sans children !
