Best place we’ve stayed in Brighton, the staff were great, had a lovely breakfast aswell, definitely would recommend staying here. Very close to shops and right next to the sea front.

The landlady fell down some stairs in the evening and bless her she waited to check guest out before she went to A&E in the morning. Do hope she’s ok but obviously we had to forego breakfast The hotel was fine but a bit pricey for what it is

So many plus points: we received a lovely, friendly welcome. The Twenty One is conveniently located for the beach, seafront entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants without being too close (fairly quiet street with little through traffic and it’s associated noise). The decor is quirky and interesting. Our room was a great size with all the facilities we needed, including a comfy bed, quality bedding, decent size tv, blind/curtain combination keeping out the light overnight, good temperature, handy fridge etc. We had a great breakfast - couldn’t fault it! The bathroom was a little tired but adequate. The shower made some interesting noises in its attempt to provide an adequate flow of water. We didn’t want a bath but it was out of the question anyway (no bath plug), although I’m confident one would have been provided if we’d asked. Steep stairs may cause problems for some. A shortage of nearby parking spaces caused problems for us, but we were eventually very lucky when one became available immediately outside the front door. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Location for seafront and amenities literally at the end of the road. Cannot express enough how this venue ticked every box for us.

Wonderful stay at The Twenty One. Host made it very easy for us and staff were super friendly. Stayed in one of the smaller rooms- room 7- but it was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast, as many of the reviews say, really was top class. Would definitely stay again. Hotel just off the buzzing st James street and found an amazing corner bar just around from the hotel with Sunday night jazz. A great stay and weekend.

So glad we decided to come back to England, and Brighton, instead of London, for our last two days In Europe. This B&B was so cute, our room was equipped with everything we needed, the room was a generous size, and the Bathroom was great. I would definitely stay here again. We went to the beach and had a wonderful dinner of Wagyu at a restaurant close by.
