Things to Do in Jeju City

Jeju attractions are what draws travellers to this tropical island every year. Surrounded by the Korea Strait, it features a volcanic landscape of craters and towering mountain ranges. There are scenic trails leading to the summit of a dormant volcano, which stands 1,950 metres above sea level. Waterfalls dot the lush forests of the island – the best time to visit is in spring, when waters cascade at full force and blooming flowers make for gorgeous snapshots.

Jeju also has centuries-old traditions you won’t find elsewhere: instead of fisherman, you’ll see elderly women diving for shellfish in the early mornings.
