The front desk staff was rude to me. The hotel charged for more than what was quoted by hotels.com. The room was noisy. It seems I was put in the room next to a room that housekeeping was using for storage, so there was banging from the door opening and closing all night long when i was trying to sleep

The only issue is the extracost hotel.com doesn't add to the total cost. You should let people know up front what the total cost is. Parking fee ect should be up front

Won't stay here again

Sorry, but this hotel is old and shows it. I only stayed here for the bed and shower, not gambling. If you are used to clean, fresh air, the place smells like cigarettes, especially in the elevators. The clientele reflected the room prices (cheap, comparatively) and parking in parking lot F, which offers the closest access to the elevators for the hotel, was sketchy. Cars speeding through the parking lot and inebriated couples arguing. Some people had chairs and were "picnicking" in the parking lot. My room was very clean and the curtains helped keep the room dark. The mattress was way too firm for me, hard mattress are cheaper and last longer. I'm a side sleeper so had a "hard time" sleeping. The air in my room smelled fine compared to the rest of the hotel. I had to make several trips back and forth from my car to the room as there are no carts available. This was a real hassle. I noticed the regulars knew this and had wagons to wheel their belongings across the parking lot. You can always park at the front of the hotel and I'm sure you can pay somebody to deliver your bags to your room, but then at the same time you have to walk all the way across the property through the casino, which was so smelling of cigarettes I just couldn't do it. I've stayed at Sunset Station Hotel and Casino and didn't have any of these issues. It was a much cleaner property, the beds were comfortable and the parking was great with easy access to the hotel area.

Worst Stay Ever!! Cleaning? HA!

Worst hotel stay EVER! Out of our stay of Saturday thru Friday .., our room was only cleaned ONCE!! And this was only after going down to the front desk to request the room to be cleaned. 2 times we had to have replacement towels brought to our room and of course had to pay a tip! Great paying for service never received! This hotel is going downhill fast … Bathrooms look terrible … everything needs to be updated … way past time for the need to redecorate! It will be interesting to see how long they keep this review up. After many complaints … nothing has happened! I will say one thing positive… the Valet service is great! They protect your car!
