Terrible

3 different people approched us in parking lot about not checking in here. The rooms are nasty. We left & stayed some place else. May not be using your site again in the future. They charged my card $100. My card is not supposed to be on file with you guys. I was going to pay at the hotel at check in. I want a full refund.
