We arrived much later than planned due to a missed flight connection. We were exhausted, but the entire staff welcomed us and did everything they could to make us comfortable. We received room service fast, we were upgraded to a larger room, and received extra amenities. The bed was amazing after over 30 hours of travel, and we crashed hard. Overall, wonderful Thank you to all who welcomed us and took care of us
