Awful
Dreadful. Room was tired, in need of a complete renovation. Bathroom smelled like a urinal. Not helped by the fact the reception staff admitted the room was not in a good condition, that the end of the hotel we were put in needs a renovation and that the other end of the hotel had been renovated. Food was dreadful. £14 for 8 pieces of scampi, a teacup of chips and bullet peas. And it wasn't hot. Breakfast was grim and don't drink the coffee. Was offered a full refund on the food and a full refund for the stay. And the staff know as the just offer the refund straight away.

reception staff very rude, Aircon in room very loud and couldn't turn it off, food was very poor and breakfast was poor also, will not be staying again.
