Our stay was great! The staff are very helpful. We stayed in the executive suite. The sofa and bed are comfortable, and there are controls everywhere to change the lights in the entire suite. The shower/tub setup was really nice! We also tried out one of the hotel's restaurants, The Cask, and it's great for drinks - they have a great selection of whisky, and the food was delicious but very small portion sizes. There aren't many tables and it gets busy, so reservations are recommended.

Fabulous comfy hotel
This is a really great hotel! As our luggage was delayed we didn’t expect to stay in Vancouver for the night so booked this hotel over a coffee.. called them after we picked up bags and they collected us so quickly! I was so impressed. Reception was super helpful with where to go for food, beds comfy, fun design and great pool area. For the price vs value I really rate this place.

Watch out for their food
The hotel is alright. It's not five star - in a terrible neighborhood by the airport. I would rate the stay better but their restaurant gave me food poisoning - I received pork that was completely pink and undercooked. Within seconds of taking the first bite I started to feel nauseous and just awful. The chef said "what do you expect, it's pork". Pork should be white, Sir. I'm surprised Forbes gave that terrible restaurant a nod.

Excellent Hotel
The customer service was incredible. Every single employee was friendly and helpful every single time. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. I have high standards, so that is saying a lot. I liked the location close to the airport, though the surrounding area is not the prettiest. I was very pleased with my stay here.
