The rooms were nice and comfortable, just slightly darker than I would have preferred. The staff were excellent—very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The restaurant was a real highlight. The food was amazing, and the waiting staff were brilliant. Service was quick, attentive, and genuinely friendly.

Clean rooms. Great venuei. Area to walk dogs. Would be nice to sit out in summer (ours was a autumn visit). Grounds are nicely laid out with lit walks.

Positives: Staff were welcoming and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was good value. No frills hotel which was perfect as we just needed somewhere to crash for the night
Negatives: There was a slight smell from the bathroom upon arrival. It was a little tricky to navigate to the hotel.

Great location and peaceful. Great to have a restaurant, friendly staff and lovely food. Room did the job.
It would be good to have the option of turning radiator off - even when off mine was still very hot, which I didn’t need. The window was open for the duration. The bathroom fan was noisy but ineffective and the towel rail didn’t work.

This is a fantastic old palace as a lot of history and I quite like old buildings but the best thing about this hotel is the staff on reception very friendly very helpful.

Excellent hotel, great value for money and within easy reach of Tottenham Hotspur stadium for the Beyonce concert. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Staff very helpful but obviously the place is in the middle of a long renovation. Bed comfy and the site is peaceful at night. Not many sockets for kettle and so on. Room felt half done as bathroom showed signs of age even though bedroom looked newer.
