Hotel is very clean and staff was friendly. However, hotel operations and service can be improved. Corners were cut to save money. Ice machine on 1st floor is broken and the elevator is out of service. No water and no towels in the the gym. Breakfast service can be improved. When breakfast opens at 6am, most of the main breakfast items (sausage, eggs, yogurt, milk) run out at 7am. For those showing up 7-9am, you are out of luck. You just have what’s left since they will not refill for the day. Also, service can be improved by not having one person working behind the counter and working the breakfast area at the same time.
