Had a really great time. It took a minute to realize fun Cuban restaurants were one block away behind us on Washington and the Art Deco walk along Ocean was one block over along the waterfront. Room was neat and clean. Access code was easy.

We parked nearby at the 16th street and collins garage and it was a 2 minute walk
