Pros Good location in walking distance to mini shops and restaurants. The room was basic, but clean in the air conditioning worked well. It did have low water pressure but not terribly inconvenient. Cons No ice on property. You have to walk to a convenience store to buy some and there is no way to store it once you get back to room. ELEVATORS DO NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ASSIST WITH BAGS. THE STAIRWELL IS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED AND IT IS EXHAUSTING CARRYING YOUR BAGS UP FOUR FLOORS……70+ steps. Per reviews, they have been down since at least March.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was very quiet, which made it easy to relax, and the location was perfect close to everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows made for a great night's sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Samuel was really helpful.

The hotel is in a great location. Its 3 blocks away from the beach, market, and plaza. Plenty of restaurants around. Roof top pool has a nice view of the ocean. Hotel provides 2 beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash full size in the bathroom. There is a mini refrigerator in the room as well. In the lobby cold water is provided. My only complaint is the noise from a restaurant/club nearby that plays music till 1am. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Over all for the price the hotel was fine. There could be some simple improvements made. Don’t count on the fridges. We rented several rooms and none of them were very cold. One room has a clogged shower and the water didn’t drain. They gave us a new room. Also in the bathroom I could see what looked like black mold. Beds were clean and comfy and the pool was nice. Great staff. Nice location.

The hotel was fantastic. Very clean entrance way and amazing air conditioning as soon as you walked in. The rooms were clean, modern, air conditioned and we had a small balcony with sea view. The rooftop pool and bar were great and we had a fabulous meal on our last night there. Only issue entering the hotel is there is no ramp for wheelchairs which made it difficult as my daughter had to lift the wheelchair up quite a large step so we could enter the hotel. Puerto Morelos overall is not the best wheelchair friendly place, but the people there make up for it and help out where they can 😀

Room was modern for Mexico. Close to all amenities. Air conditioning was good. If you are a earlybto bed person be aware..extremly loud music until 11pm, Nightly. Bring ear plugs. Be aware of no hot water in shower the whole week there. The shower head needs CLR as only a few of the holes had cold water come out.

Everything was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. We also appreciated having The Portside restaurant by the rooftop pool and enjoyed a delicious meal there. The bartender and server were very friendly enhancing our experience. Thank you so much!
