Es bueno el lugar, me gusta mucho llegar ahí, la atención de la recepcionista la srita Ruth es muy amable, siempre está al pendiente de nosotros los huéspedes, está con apoyando en lo que está a su alcance, la limpieza de la habitación es buena pero no la hacen al 100% lo que no me agrada es que no hacen cambio de sabanas diarias, ni dejan suficiente amenidades ni papel papel sanitario, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación porque la regadera no funcionaba solo 3 hilitos de agua salía, no por complacencia como me dijo el señor de la recepción, de ahí en fuera todo bien, siempre por lo general ahí me hospedo cuando vamos a Tuxpan
