Very comfy bed, not too soft mattress and silk feeling sheets. Since we checked in on Christmas day so we met staff the next day who is very friendly. It would be perfect if public transportation were more convenient.

Have stayed here before, great hotel, this time was not as convenient as the entire building complex was undergoing major construction, was hard to get to the lobby and the shops and restaurants were shut down while construction is going on, so it was hard to find anything to eat in the immediate area.
Once construction is finished it will be great again!

Lovely clean, modern room. Nice quick check in. Allowed to have a late check out which was much appreciated. Had a bit of a rough ride at Quest Highbrook our last stay...but this has restored our loyalty as our go to for business accommodation in the area.
