We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, promptly assisting us with whatever we had need of. We liked the location as we preferred not being right in the busier downtown area and catching the shuttle right outside the hotel made going into town very easy. Our room was very nice with modern decor and features and a beautiful view of the mountains. We also really enjoyed the cozy outdoor fire pit/hot pool area in the evenings after long days of sightseeing. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel at the end of Banff Avenue . They give you a pass for roam transit to cover your stay which makes travel to the centre&other attractions easy if you don’t want to walk / drive . The centre and restaurants and very walkable. Would definitely recommend .

Great hotel, excellent staff. Convenient location opposite the bus stop; about 15min walk to downtown if you don't take the bus. Hot pool was excellent after a day of hiking. Breakfast was delicious. Overall an excellent stay with spacious and clean rooms, excellent tea and coffee, small signs of wear and tear in the bathroom. The only thing that could be better is sound-proofing in the rooms, could hear everything in the hallway, especially when hikers start really early.
