We got the room next to reception for our first night but they moved us to another room for the next night. Rooms were bigger than expected and the bathrooms were great. The breakfast was fantastic and they made coffee for you on request. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

We had a great time at the property. Great central location. Very quiet despite a lot of foot traffic passing by. Close to the orange line of the water taxi to and from airport. Great location to see Venice. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!!!!!

Really lovely hotel, centrally located and only a 10 minute walk from Santa Lucia station and only 5 minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop. Exquisitely decorated to a high detail. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Firstly, the hotel was lovely and desk staff were wonderful. However, we went to join our friends for breakfast in the upper-level dining area our first morning and the woman serving was rude, then the manager or owner (not sure who he was) came to the table and let us know that we really shouldn't be there because we had not made reservations. We expected to be charged for breakfast but were not informed that reservations were required. We felt like children being scolded, I just left my breakfast and went back to my room.

It was a lovely property. The staff were among the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in all my travels. From our check in to our check out they were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. We had breakfast in the morning which was fantastic. The best breakfast we had while in Italy. The amenities were great and the location was ideal for exploring Venice. If we decide to come back, it will definitely be where we decide to stay!
