Fabulous, friendly hotel.
After a bad experience from another hotel in Istanbul this hotel was excellent . I don’t remember how many stars hotel has but for me it was a 5 star . It is the best part of the town you can stay . City center and safe around . Friendly service and helpful people works there. I found my new destination for every times visits. Thank you. ND from US

Great hotel, a bit pricier than the other hotels but we wanted comfort during our final two nights of a 16 night trip through Turkiye. Rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable, and GREAT views. Hotel appears to cater a lot to higher end European tourists so somewhen of an attitude from some of the guests, but nothing too bad. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location, plus very easy to get to/from the Istanbul airport. Breakfast is very pricey and frankly not that interesting, there are dozens of much better breakfast options a few steps away so our only recommendation would be to not add the breakfast to your stay. We loved the bar also, to be able to grab a drink at the hotel before bed was great and the bar staff was always very nice.

The hotel was too hot without a way to control the temperature. I checked in in October and the room temperature must have been 30C with only heating available not AC. When I called the front desk they told me they don’t operate the AC. I couldn’t sleep for nights because it was too hot.

We couldn’t sleep. They have no Air Cooling; only heating. They made the rooms so warm that we couldn’t sleep till 2AM.
The toilets don’t have doors that you can close. Absolute lack of privacy. The toilets also don’t flush.
Will not recommend.

Çalışanların güler yüzlü olması ve özellikle Batuhan Bey ile Ercan Bey’in konaklamamız süresince ihtiyaçlarımızla birebir ilgilenmeleri gerçekten çok hoştu. Odalar oldukça temizdi. Ayrıca kolayca park alanı bulunabiliyor olması da büyük bir avantajdı. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

Las fotos son diferentes a la realidad, es un hotel pequeño, con una fachada bonita pero el interior muy viejo. No vale lo que cuesta.
Contratamos un tour por medio de la recepción y nos dijeron que incluía entradas, y la realidad fue que no, lo decía el tríptico pero personalmente nos dijeron que si… fue una pésima experiencia nos trajeron 2 horas previas recogiendo personas y no fue lo esperado… queda muy lejos de la mayoría de sitios que hay que conocer en Estambul.
