    Not the greatest

The house could use some cleaning. Breakfast was not the best opened a jar of jam on table to find it was growing mould. Would not stay here again.

    A relaxing experience

Very nice. Loved the homey and vintage nature of the place. Sitting on both front porch and upper balcony was very relaxing. Our only suggestion is that you replace the tired looking floor mat in the bathroom in room number 1

We visited St. Andrews to meet family and spend a few days on the coast. Jay was amazing; knowledgeable, accommodating and provided a very tasty breakfast. His home was beautifully restored, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

    Top notch!

We were there for a hockey tournament. At the end of the weekend, I asked one of my boys what was the most memorable part of his day, he said “breakfast from that nice man at the “hotel” where we stayed.”
