I was absolutely delighted with the bed. It was incredibly comfortable and the comforter was excellent. Pillows weren’t great and there were no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. Breakfast was typical hotel food.

The building (outside) is the ugliest in Kingston (and that means something as Kingston is not exactly attractive), but once inside it is quite okay.
The breakfast was good and also good value for money.

Clean room. Staff were accomodating though not always around when needed. Hotel facilities a bit old and run down, only one lift to bottom floor working. Overall comfortable stay.

Very disappointing stay. We booked three nights and requested housekeeping, only to receive towels with a large hole in them. We also arranged a 1 p.m. late checkout, but staff entered our room at noon and began packing our belongings, saying we had to leave. Completely unprofessional, and I don’t understand how this hotel has so many five-star reviews.

Excelente relação custo x benefício. O staff foi simpático, a localização boa, próxima da estação de trem que permitiu o acesso ao Centro de Londres em 25 minutos de viagem.

Der var lidt uhumsk på badeværelset.
Det var tydeligt at panelerne havde fået fugt, og begyndende mug/svamp var under udvikling. Derudover var der ikke som sådan fliser/sten i badeværelset, men noget folie (af en art) som var ved at falde af flere steder.
Der står ca. 1000 foldere på værelset, men INGEN af dem indeholder restaurantens åbningstider. Lidt kikset.
Der var INGEN muligheder for at lufte ud i værelset, og “aircondition”-dimsen/rumtermostaten duede ikke, så der var konstant bare for koldt eller for varmt og en tung, fugtig luft.
Sengetøjet føltes decideret klamt. Altså; fugtigt.
Der var ingen køleskab, af nogen art, så man kunne ikke opbevare fx drikkevarer eller yoghurt korrekt.
Personalet var egentlig flinkt nok, men mange af dem talte ikke helt sikkert engelsk, så der gav lidt knas i flowet undervejs.
Klart “fint” (og intet mere!) til en enkelt nat, men ikke til flere nætter. Næste gang finder jeg et bedre alternativ. Ville ønske jeg ikke havde brugt mine penge på dét her ophold.
