Awful…avoid at all costs
I suffered from food poisoning and was Ill all night and morning. I explained the situation and the hotel were more concerned about getting the room cleaned and empty rather than the welfare of the guest. All they said was do you want an ambulance. Obviously this was not necessary so they said get out. When I was able to get out of the room I spoke with the concierge who didn’t care less and said check out was at 11.00 and then completely ignored me. He was rude and insulting. In addition the room I booked was allegedly a “Deluxe” it was anything but. The towels were thread bare, shower didn’t work properly, temperature control had a mind of its own, tv was prehistoric and was so dark that you couldn’t see the picture….and it was impossible to change it with the remote control. The mattress was like a trampoline and was not comfortable. Basically everything has been done on the cheap and it shows.

Excellent value, enjoyed my stay.
Great price for a clean, comfy, safe, warm well maintained room. Hot breakfast items were of budget quality but for £9 in London didn't really expect more. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and croissants were nice.
