Poor 2.0
Misleading photos and Bad Management
This place is under new management. They only care about how many people they fit in. Tiny room, uncomfortable, with minimal facilitces the building is awful condition. I have stayed before and referred clients with previous management, the rooms were magical and gorgeous care of the clients. To see it now I was mortified, we booked 2 rooms which the furniture and decor has changed hence the photos misrepresent the property. The management are defensive, make excuses if you have an issue. My friends from Australia were shoved in a poky room, living for 3days with suitcases on floor, no lugague racks, bathroom tiny. No sign of the management when I arrived only the cleaner Francesca had to deal with the owners awful treatment of guests. I will not recommend, nor refer any of my clients because of the change of management and the renovations an awful experience. I received message after massage from Simona the owner, defending and making excuses for everything, she did not resolve, nor compensate any issue! Bad Management, zero customer care, cramped rooms!

location location location!!
Amazing location as a base to explore everything Rime has to offer! Clean and friendly! Only downside would be the ‘double bed’ being 2 singles pushed together. Friendly host and easy to navigate Rome from here the colosseum was a 30/40min walk and the Trevi fountain was 15min as the B-line weren’t working when we stayed but in this location it didn’t matter too much

There was no one there to check us in but some maintenance guys made a call & the woman arrived 5 minutes later. After that Room was exactly as the pictures showed & cleanliness & space of room was fantastic. Air con was great. Location could not have been better with the ability to walk or use the underground to all the sights. Only negative was the safe was impossible to work out how to use.

Great & clean hotel with evening checkin fee
Had a great stay here with a short trip to Rome. Would recommend staying here as hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. However there is an extra charge for evening/ late check ins. From 7pm-10pm there is an extra charge of €20, from 10pm-12am is €30 and then for after midnight the extra charge of €50.
