Good overnight stay
We had a quick one night stay as we were attending a concert at Rogers Place across the street. The hotel was easy to find and had ample pay parking across the street at a parkade. There is a 15-minute unloading zone out front so you can check-in first. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I am used to and didn't have a view (the window looked out onto a stucco wall and was too high up to see out of. But it did let light in so you didn't feel cooped up. I had read enough reviews to know to book a private bathroom, as there are some room types that have a shared bathroom. The bathroom was gorgeous I thought. All white/black tiles. The vanity was a bit skinny to hold all of my stuff when we were getting ready for the evening but that is minor. Bed was quite comfortable. The room/hallway smelled a bit like cigarette smoke and I imagine that is being sucked in somehow from the bar downstairs. The music does go until about 2:00 so you will want to use the earplugs that were graciously provided. We were on the third floor and still could hear and feel the bass the whole time. All in all a really neat place and one I would certainly consider again if I were needing to be in that area.

Hospitability and reception
I and my wife checked in late night and checked out the day after for some business in the town. So my opinion may not be as correct as others. We were greeted very nicely at the reception and when the receptionist noticed that we have booked a room not quite to our taste (my mistake), searched and offered another one with the same price. That was quite a nice gesture.
