Perfect! A fabulous room upgrade. Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space to relax and in a great location with parking available. Quick and easy check in. What made it outstanding was the very friendly staff. Especially the helpful man who was on check in. Wish I’d asked his name to give him a personal shout out as he was so welcoming and helpful.

Great Manchester stopover in perfect location
I stayed for 1 night after arriving in Manchester on delayed flight in with fog & icy conditions. I hadnt planned stopping over but was so late & hit by train disruption to my destination I decided to stay & take early train next morning, its in same complex as main Piccadilly station only netres from the exit right next door to a coop store & Greggs food outlet so convenient. Staff were welcoming & helpful room/apartment brilliant with all amenities in kitchen right duen to microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & wine corkscrew! Will definitely stay again.

The actual facilities were good but the floor and surfaces were dirty. We have a 4 month old and if he had been crawling we would have left on the first night because it was so dirty. Instead we stayed one night and left the next day. Really disappointed
