Good but needs customer service improvement.

I liked the hotel! It was very clean and updated. Love that parking was free! The breakfast was great and the room was lovely. I felt the customer service could have been better. I was waiting while 2 of them were talking loudly about work stuff and ignoring my presence. I also did not like the cleaning crew banging on my door at 9am when I had the door sign on. Check out is at 11am. I felt like they were rushing people out.

Great place close to airport

Stayed here for one night before flying out back home. Conveniently located by the airport and offers an airport shuttle every hour (need to sign up at front desk to guarantee spot). Hotel is clean and updated. There’s a fridge in the room but the microwave is located downstairs for communal use. The continental breakfast was pretty nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service little sleep

The front desk is extremely helpful and thankfully helped us know what shuttle we needed for a very early flight. Unfortunately the air conditioning was extremely loud and kept waking us up during the few hours of sleep we might have gotten. The bed also seemed older and lumpy.

Our air conditioner was not working. The thermostat batteries were changed, but it was still not regulating properly and was so loud we unplugged it as the previous guest had done. I would have liked at least one blanket in the room. The bed was very firm. The airport shuttle was great!
