Won't Ever Stay There Again!
In Vegas for a family members wedding, we made reservations months ahead of time as the wedding was held at the hotel. 5 people in my party, we needed 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room to accommodate. We chose those types of rooms when booking. Upon arrival we were told the only room they had was smoking and king beds. Seriously? Manager said when you book a certain room, it's not what you book but what they have available when you check in. Ummm, nope. Just lost my business. It's an older hotel, that's ok, it's downtown - but nothings updated in the rooms! Not even bedside tables with clocks or lamps that have usb ports to plug in, which isn't necessarily terrible unless there are wall outlets - oh, but those are only behind the beds! Don't stay here, spend a little more, stay somewhere better

too much loud noise
I was never told that the music from Freemont street would be loud enough to hear and feel it in our room. There was no rest or relaxation once we retired to the room. We could feel the vibration of the base, and noise was unbearable. The hotel was fine, clean enough, the staff nice enough, but we will never stay here again. I travel to Las Vegas 3 to 5 times a year. You will not be seeing me or my friends and family again.

Room was clean. There were 3 of us but only one set of towels. We had to request additional ones and they were brought up. I requested a small fridge for my insulin but it was never delivered. We were there 3 nights and had do use the ice bucket; refilling it 2x a day to keep it cool
