Older property but rooms are comfortable.
Dated but clean hotel with large rooms. Checkin process was quick and friendly and she accommodated my request for a quiet room. I was on a high floor but it backed up to the elevator mechanical — I could hear distant thumping and mechanical noises constantly. Luckily I had a white noise playlist on my phone. There aren’t enough outlets in the room to plug in your electronics without doing a bit of acrobatics to moving furniture and wifi was pretty weak. There’s a mini fridge in the room which is nice, with some complementary water. Maid services on request. The water pressure was very low on the high floor that I was on and the bathtub did not have a stopper so I couldn’t take a bath. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. The restaurant serving breakfast in the lobby in the coffee stand were both very tasty. The inside lock on my door didn’t work and the do not disturb placard was broken. Doubt I would stay here again but if you are on a budget it’s a good option. Located at the end of Fremont Street.

Classic, elegant, luxious, Vegas hotel.
Omg, we were in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. Freamont st was directly across ftom our hotel. We were able to stroll throughout without an Uber. Highly, highly, recommend Plaza for your next or 1st visit to Vegas. 5 stars 🌟

We stayed at the Plaza for my birthday. Check in was fairly quick, just two people in front of me. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room with king bed, mini fridge, desk, couch & Direct TV. The bathroom/closet area had a wall safe & I liked the separate toilet/tub/shower area. We were assigned to a quieter room away from Fremont Street in the South Tower. Our stay was 4 days which we really enjoyed.

Our stay was amazing. Just upset for Paying for parking when it was FREE parking. I went to customer service to get help. And get refund she give the (I don't know?) she direct me outside to security and he also could not help. He mentioned to talk to the front desk. I just come from there sorry I can't help you they take care of that. So Yes I was Frustrated going back and forth. Need better directions/ or Help

There was only one counter clerk when we checked in and she was busy with another customer. We were charged twice for our hotel stay. Room was dark, dingy, and we had to call housekeeping several times for small and large towels, plugged shower, and missing sink stopper. Would not recommend.
