Great
Beautiful room, lovely service, the restaurant had halal options and the wings were amazing. Sulaiman tended to all our needs and was great. The hotel is right next to the tube station and bus stops so easy to get everywhere. The only thing is the aircon is max 26 degrees and kept turning off so was a bit cold during the night and our room was next to some train tracks so a little noisy but would definitely stay here again if I’m in west London.

There was an issue finding my booking when we went to check in, when we eventually got into our room is was freezing cold and there was an issue with the heating. Breakfast was awful, as was the service in the restaurant. The overall condition of the hotel was pretty poor. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Lovely stay, hotel was clean and staff were very helpful as I had a few things I needed help with throughout my stay. Particularly Sandeep and Sulaiman as they went the extra mile when I asked for help which I appreciate. Excellent customer service from these two.

Very Poor Quality with Noise
This hotel is maybe in the worst shape I’ve ever seen a hotel. All the carpets are dirty mirrors in the room are cracked. There is no sound protection for the windows so if you are on the street it feels like you were on the street and if you are facing the subway, it is so loud. Almost every piece of furniture is in bad shape. The entire hotel is so dirty with so many stains that it is shocking. The staff is amazing and are very accommodating, but the hotel needs an investment to make it look nice. It was embarrassing to stay here.

The hotel was ok staff very helpful room had kettle whis is a nice thing to have also a sink and mawave with is nice to see specialy if you finish work late you can grab something .the only issue was the there was not cooked breakfast which would have been nice but on the other side break was ok .and with the hotel next to a main underground and railway line my room was right next did really hear much only very so offen Rooms were clean and very well looked after well done.the house maids thank you .

Location, especially mr Suleymans professionalism and helpfullness has made me enjoy my stay. The rooms were large and warm, the beds were big and soft. I cant make a comment about food since i didnt eat. It is trustable, comftable and vry near the center, i reccomend a stay to everyone
