Beautiful room with a mountain view in a very convenient location to Whistler village, gondola, and Whistler Heli Hut. Staff was great. Big buffet and buzzy bar scene. Loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and heated pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location and even rented skis in the lobby at Summit Sports. Hilton is right at the foot of the Whistler gondola you can walk to the ticket booth in your ski boots no problem.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Whistler, the location is ski-in ski-out and right next to Whistle Village. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is currently (Nov 2024) going under an extensive renovation and most of the amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, spa) are closed.

We woke up on the holiday Monday at 8:30 AM tothe sound of drilling (you're not even allowed to be doing construction on holidays).

Worst Hotel Experience of my Life
Worst hotel experience in my life. When we arrived at the front, the main lobby gates were closed and under renovation, with no staff to greet us. The front had no parking signs so it was unclear where we were supposed to go. We had to call the reception to ask how to park and get into the lobby. Since the main gates were closed, we had to walk through a busy bar just to get to the front desk. Some of the walls inside are also taken out and it does not look nice. We booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday and specifically for the pool, but the pool was closed. They said we could use the other hotel’s pool but we had to walk through the village in our swim gear to get there and it took around 10min. The room had no menu, and the TV is cable only. We paid around $751 total for two nights but it is not worth it at all. They would not give any refund and we are extremely unsatisfied. We contacted hotels.com to ask for a refund but no word yet, hoping we can get some reimbursement. The parking also costed an extra $37.
