We loved staying in the Colonel’s Suite! The accommodations were great and very clean. We really appreciated that the pub was able to seat us right away because we were guests of the Inn. That was so awesome! Thanks again!

Great historic building.
Old historic building with attached restaurant. Live music and friendly staff. Would stay again. Please note, in their description they are honest and say that music plays until 12:30-1am. It did but they offer ear plugs which definitely helped! Would stay again!

Awesome hotel
My sister and I had an awesome visit to this hotel. The front desk clerk and all the wait staff were super friendly and very helpful. We ate dinner twice and lunch once at the Inn. We had Shepherds pie, Fishermans pie, Meatloaf Wellington and Mushroom risotto. They were all fantastic and plentiful. We also had the fish and chips for lunch. Again, yummy and plentiful. There was no mini fridge, but there was an ice bucket, which the restaurant always filled for us. The room was old, but well maintained. It was very clean. The hotel was within walking distance to both theaters. We will return next year.

!We loved the old building. The room was very clean and well supplied. We loved that it only had a few rooms, very quaint. The staff were fabulous! The food in the pub was great. Awesome location, walking distance to everything including the lake. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a coffee self serve station or a coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was lovely. Thank you.

Charming but loud
It's a charming old property, really well located, which is what attracted us. The downsides are that they have no parking and no arrangements for any - so you have to find street parking several blocks away, where there are no restrictions, so you can leave a car for the duration of your stay (you certainly do not need a car in town).
On the nights they have live music it is very loud. We were warned about that when we made the booking, so we can't complain about that. And, as they reminded us several times, as a very old building they are limited in what they can do. So while it was a nice stay, we can say "been there/done that" and wouldn't likely book it again.

This building is very old, but well kept. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, as was the bathroom.
It is in the old shopping area of town so it is convenient for that. There is no onsite parking, so patrons must park on a residential street a couple of blocks away where street parking is free.

Unique historic building with a lovely 2 bedroom suite met our needs perfectly. The heater in the room had a bad smell but the bed was comfortable and room spacious. There was no clear parking option but we found a spot fairly easily due to the central location. The pub was awesome but definitely loud till closing. Not a place if you're looking for quiet!

Lovely inn located in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Everything is within walking distance. The restaurant or pub on the main floor has great food and drink, it is open late and they have live entertainment which is also nice

Great location! No on-site parking available. Parked overnight at Greek restaurant across the street for $20 US. Pub downstairs was noisy and open until 1am. There was no elevator, so you must be able to maneuver narrow stairs while carrying your luggage.

Very lovely stay at Niagara on the Lake.
There was live music on the thursday that we stayed.
Our room was the Sweetheart Room. Was very comfortable, fair size and good bathroom.
The location was great with lovely locals walks, lots of nearby vineyards and right near the little high street.

I liked the location of the property. It is right in the heart of downtown Niagara-on-the-lake. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and unique. However, I didn't like that this property has no parking facilities. I had to park on the street a block or two away from the hotel, or pay for parking across the street. Either way this was very inconvenient. Also the internet didn't work well at this hotel also adding to my frustration.

A very charming place, exactly what I thought an English Inn would be like. With a pub down stairs and rooms upstairs. Enjoyed the band, still young enough to like the loud music.
