Excellent Location and Staff
We were so pleased with both the location and service at the Inn at Whistler Village. You are a stone's throw from the main lift which if you are traveling with kids is crucial especially end of day when they're exhausted and cold and you just want to get indoors. The staff was incredible - super friendly, accommodating and professional. The rooms were exactly as they presented online, tidy and perfect for our stay. We had our rooms serviced everyday and the person who cleaned the room did such an excellent job and even took time for cute little touches like organizing our daughter's stuffed animals. I highly recommend this hotel. We'll for sure be staying again.

Great location for skiing - terrible for sleeping
The location is great for both skiing and being in the village, but there is no sound proofing and the loud, drunk people out until 1:30am every night kept us awake. Not ideal for a family vacation, but would probably be great if you are there with friends partying!

We go room 303 loft room. Travelled with our 2 year old. Took the elevator up to 3rd floor and room was down the 10 Stairs with no access to stroller. Was not at af family friendly. Also pillows were very uncomfortable very high giving neck pain to both me and my spouse.

We had a great stay and the village location was so central, you really couldn’t beat that! We didn’t know that the pool/hottub was actually at their sister hotel on the mountain side so I would say that could’ve been more public prior to booking - just cause walking in the rain in our robes to another hotel wasn’t ideal haha!
